The Office of the State Fire Marshal would like to remind everyone to be aware of children and pets left in vehicles during this hot holiday weekend. Also watch for items with litium ion batteries, high temperatures can cause batteries to become a danger in this extreme heat.
Happy 4th of July everyone!
Stay safe.
