New bark chips are being spread today as we are getting ready to see you all back soon! Tangent's annual Field Day will take place tomorrow, Wednesday, 1:00-3:30. Flood the field with our Tagent colors! 💙💛 There will be games and activities set up for all students to participate.

☀️Students may bring their own sunblock to school. Please label the sunblock with your child's name. To prevent sharing with others, sunblock will be held by staff for the duration of the day. Students must be able to apply their own sunblock without assistance.

💦Field Day will include a water activity including a visit from the Tangent Fire Department. The fire crew will be spraying water in the field for the students to enjoy if they choose. If students choose to get wet, please have your child wear clothes that will dry quickly, no swimsuits. There will not be an opportunity to change clothes. Students are welcome to bring an extra pair of socks, a labeled towel and a plastic bag for the wet socks and towel. Please have your child dress appropriately for outside activities.

🥤Students are encouraged to bring a labeled water bottle to school on Field Day. There will also be two large water containers for student's to refill their bottles while outside.

If you have any questions regarding Field Day, please reach out to Mrs. Dougherty or Mr. Sayles.
