Dear Eileen,
My son Adamu recently turned three and officially aged out of Early Intervention and I wanted to take a moment to share my sincere appreciation for his therapist, Nicole Zambell.
Adamu has been receiving Early Intervention services since he was 18 months old. Although our experience with his initial therapist was not the right fit for our family, you quickly reassigned us with Nicole and having her step in as his new therapist made such a tremendous difference. She has truly been a blessing to our family, and the progress Adamu has made under her care has been remarkable. His speech has improved significantly, and it has been so rewarding to see his growth and development.
Nicole has been patient, caring, dedicated, and an absolute pleasure to work with. It was clear that she genuinely cared about Adamu’s progress and wanted to see him succeed. Her impact on his development has meant so much to our family, and I am incredibly grateful that he had the opportunity to work with her.
As we close this chapter of our Early Intervention journey, I wanted to ensure that Nicole’s outstanding work and dedication were recognized. She has made a lasting, positive impact on Adamu, and I hope she knows how much her efforts are appreciated.
