Halloween is here, and our volunteers will be out helping keep our community safe while all the little ghosts, goblins, and superheroes enjoy a night of trick-or-treating!

🚸 For the safety of our trick-or-treaters, our volunteers will be providing crossing guards from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the following intersections:

📍 Railroad Street & S. Main Street

📍 Constitution Avenue & Main Street

📍 W. Jackson Street & N. Main Street

🍭 DON’T FORGET TO STOP BY THE FIREHOUSE! 🍬

While you’re out collecting treats, be sure to stop by Friendship Hose Company #1! Our volunteers will be handing out candy, and we’d love to see everyone’s Halloween costumes!

🚨 A few friendly safety reminders:

* Slow down and watch for pedestrians while driving.
* Use designated crossings whenever possible.
* Carry a flashlight or wear reflective clothing to stay visible.
* Parents, keep a close eye on your little trick-or-treaters!

IT IS TIME FOR THE SPRING GROVE FIRE DEPARTMENT THURSDAY BINGO/DINNER SPECIAL.
THE DINNER SPECIAL FOR THURSDAY OCTOBER 29TH:

SAUSAGE AND POTATO CASSEROLE, FRUIT AND A ROLL.

BEEF VEGETABLE SOUP

We also have an Ala Carte Menu shown below. Come on out to the Spring Grove Fire Department and let the cooking to us. Home cooking by our famous kitchen crew. Don't forget desserts they are all made in house and so delicious.
Dinner starts at 330pm - 630pm or we run out. Eat in 9.50 and take out is 9.75

Stick around and try your luck at BINGO. The more players we have the bigger the winnings!!!! There is a winner everytime. Sales start at 500pm. Games start at 645 pm. Intermission at around 800pm and last game about 945pm.

For those gamblers out there, we also have pull tickets, sales start about 500pm.

🚒 WHAT AN INCREDIBLE TURNOUT! 🚒

Our 1st Handgun Bingo was a huge success, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of our community!

We want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who came out, participated, and helped make this event such a success. Your generosity and continued support of our volunteer fire company means more than words can express!

A special shoutout to our dedicated volunteers who worked hard behind the scenes to bring this event together.

🎃🚒 That’s a Wrap on the 2026 Spring Grove Halloween Parade! 🎃👻

Another successful Halloween Parade is in the books! We would like to extend a huge THANK YOU to Spring Grove Events for their hard work and dedication in organizing another fantastic community tradition!

👏 A special thank you to all of our dedicated volunteers who put in countless hours of hard work and preparation to help make this event a success. From parade preparations and traffic control to operating our food stand, your commitment and dedication do not go unnoticed!

🌭 Thank you to everyone who stopped by our food stand! Your continued support of the Friendship Hose Company helps us continue serving and protecting our community.

🚓 A big shoutout to the York County Regional Police Dept. and our volunteer Fire Police Officers for their assistance with traffic control, securing the parade route, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable event for everyone! And Wellspan EMS for providing us with an EMS unit for the evening.

Events like these are a great reminder of what makes the Spring Grove community so special. We are grateful for the continued support of our residents, neighboring agencies, and volunteers who make it all possible.
