Today, our hearts are heavy as we mourn the passing of Dolores Huerta, a trailblazing civil rights leader and tireless advocate for justice, equality, and human dignity.

On behalf of and the diverse communities we serve, we extend our deepest condolences to her family, loved ones, and the entire Dolores Huerta Foundation Dolores Huerta Foundation community.

For more than seven decades, Dolores dedicated her life to championing the rights of farmworkers, women, immigrants, and marginalized communities. Her courage, leadership, and unwavering commitment to social justice transformed countless lives and inspired generations to stand together for meaningful change.

Thank you, Dolores, for your lifelong dedication, sacrifices, and belief in the power of community. Your legacy will continue to inspire generations to come.

Yesterday was a wonderful day of community, connection, and celebration!

In the morning, was delighted to participate in the Golden Harvest Festival, connecting with community members and sharing valuable resources.

In the evening, we had the pleasure of joining our community partner, Africa House Sacramento, for their inspiring Ubuntu Celebration, honoring the spirit of unity, humanity, and togetherness.
