Habitat for Humanity Seattle - King County A world where everyone has a decent place to live.

While best known for our traditional model of building houses using primarily volunteer labor and selling them at cost to working families whose income is less than 60% of the area median income, we also repair and preserve existing housing stock to keep low-income homeowners in safe, decent, affordable housing. Habitat’s ultimate goal is to transform lives and communities not just through housing itself, but by actively engaging the community to help improve neighborhoods themselves.

Wow. This community really showed up!

Together, we raised $2.2 million (and counting!) yesterday at the Beyond the Build Luncheon to support affordable homeownership. That means more families gaining stability, more children growing up in safe homes, and more futures changed.
