CASA is a nonprofit affordable housing developer and compassionate property manager. Our goal for each tenant is that they never face homelessness again.

CASA develops and manages affordable rental housing, primarily for veterans and people living with disabilities. We are a hands-on property manager, committed to our tenants and their neighborhoods. Since 1992, we have seen what high-quality permanent supportive housing can do to bring brighter tomorrows to tenants and communities.

When people have access to housing they can afford, they have more room to focus on their goals, invest in their futures, and stay connected to the communities they call home.

At CASA North Carolina, we believe the solution to homelessness is housing.

At King’s Ridge, the food pantry is about more than access to essential food resources. It’s about building connections, fostering fellowship, and bringing neighbors together.

We’re incredibly grateful to the National Charity League for selecting the King’s Ridge food pantry as the recipient of their annual food drive and to Boys Team Charity for dedicating three hours to unloading, transporting, and shelving donations.

Thanks to the generosity of our community and the time of our volunteers, the pantry continues to be a welcoming space where residents can access resources and build meaningful connections.

It’s been just over two weeks since CASA’s annual Fall Fundraiser, A Ticket Home, and we’re still amazed by the incredible support and generosity of our community!💚

We wanted to take a moment to give a special shoutout to our silent auction donors. Thank you to each individual, business, and organization who contributed to making this year’s event so special. Your generosity helped make the evening memorable while supporting CASA’s mission to create safe, stable, affordable housing.

Together, we raised over $170,000 for CASA During our Fall Fundraiser!

Thanks to our incredible community, CASA’s Fall Fundraiser exceeded our $150,000 goal!
