Our services are confidential. Our objective is to address retention issues and expedite the development process.

Great River Economic Development Foundation exists to maintain and improve the economic vitality of Quincy and Adams County, Illinois through the retention and expansion of existing businesses and the attraction of new businesses to our communities. This may include providing a basic demographic report or detailed site information, referring you to a contact in our community, or arranging meetings with appropriate parties at the local, county and state levels to help you achieve your goals.

🌧️⚾ A little rain wasn't going to stop us!

Despite a weather delay, we had a fantastic evening cheering on the Quincy Doggy Paddlers, enjoying hot dogs 🌭, popcorn 🍿, and even better conversations with friends.

This special event, hosted in partnership with the Great River Economic Development Foundation, the Quincy Area Chamber, and The District, gave newcomers in the Quincy Concierge Program the opportunity to connect with the Young Professionals of Quincy, Chamber programs, and The District Diplomats helping them build relationships and feel at home in Adams County.

For more than 30 years, RADC has helped strengthen rural Adams County through business financing and economic development support. Since 1992, the organization has funded 74 projects and provided more than $2.35 million in loans to help local businesses grow and create jobs.

Recent projects, like the renovation of a commercial building in Camp Point, highlight the impact of local partnerships investing in rural communities.
