Together, we create life-changing wish experiences for children battling critical illnesses. When you donate, you can help bring a child's imagination to life.

Our mission is to create life-changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses. We are on a quest to grant the wish of every eligible child living in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Since it was established in 1983, The Oregon Chapter of Make-A-Wish has granted more than 4,400 wishes to local children in our community. Research shows a wish can give kids the strength to fight against and even overcome a critical illness. A wish renews hope, uplifts spirits, and encourages the belief in the impossible. A wish forever transforms the lives of children, their families, and entire communities. It's through the strength of our great community that Make-A-Wish can continue granting wishes. Fall is all about cozy moments.

For Mamie, those moments now happen in a very special place of her own.

Living with a respiratory disorder means doctor appointments, medications and treatments are part of daily life. But when Mamie received her wish, she asked for something simple: a she shed where she could read, spend time with friends and cuddle with her dog.

Today, her she shed is exactly that.

"There is no machine here. No nebulizer or special drinks. That will all stay out of here. It really is a like a little house. A little place of her own."

Once upon a time, two princesses met in the most magical place on earth! 🪄✨👑💙

Rosie’s wish to be Cinderella became a real-life fairytale at Walt Disney World. From the moment she slipped into her princess gown to meeting Cinderella herself, every moment was filled with joy.

“Watching her wish come to life was pure magic,” shared Rosie’s parent. “The way her eyes lit up looking at Cinderella, and looking at herself in the mirror, is something I will hold onto forever.”
