Hey Church family!
We have a special Sunday tomorrow!

🥾 Hike for Hope! Pastor Katelynn will be sharing about her incredible journey and all that God did along the way! Come hear how God moved and the impact of stepping out in faith!

📖 Finishing Joshua! We’re wrapping up our journey through the book of Joshua with a powerful reminder of what it means to trust God, walk in obedience, and live courageously in faith!

🍞🍷 Communion Sunday! We’ll also come together around the Lord’s Table to remember the sacrifice of Jesus and celebrate the hope we have in Him.

❤️ There’s something special about gathering as a church family! Whether you’ve been with us for years or you’re looking for a church to call home, there’s a place for YOU!

🙌 Sometimes God has a different plan… and His plan is always better!

This past Sunday was a beautiful reminder of the importance of remaining sensitive to the Holy Spirit!

We stepped away from our original plans and had the opportunity to hear from Jenny about missions, what God is doing in Peru , and how we can be part of His work around the world! 🌎

At Berkshire DC Church, we believe in preparing with excellence while remaining open to what the Holy Spirit wants to accomplish in our services. Sunday was a wonderful example of that!

📖 This Sunday :

👩🏼‍🦱Pastor Katelynn will be bringing our Joshua series to a close!
Throughout this journey, we’ve been challenged to trust God’s promises, walk in obedience, and move forward in faith. Come ready to be encouraged and challenged as we bring this powerful series to a finale!

🫓🍷We’ll also gather around the Lord’s Table to partake in communion, taking time to remember and reflect on the sacrifice Jesus made for us.

As you walk through the rest of this week, consider this:

How is your faith shaping the way you live, love, and serve those around you?

Faith isn’t just something we practice on Sundays. It’s how we live each day!

❤️ Church family, make plans to be with us this Sunday! Come expectant, bring your family, and INVITE SOMEONE who could use encouragement.

There’s something special about gathering together in worship, growing in God’s Word, and sharing in communion as one church family.

Next week Pastor Katelynn will be doing a HIKE FOR HOPE! 🥾 May we gather around her to pray, encourage, uplift and support her on this journey to restore HOPE to others in Berkshire County!

🥾❤️ HIKE FOR HOPE: STORIES ACROSS THE BERKSHIRES!

3 DAYS. 57 MILES. ONE COUNTY. ONE MISSION.

📅 OCTOBER 28–30TH
📍 VERMONT BORDER TO CONNECTICUT BORDER!

Next week, I’m stepping out in faith and taking on one of the biggest personal challenges I’ve ever attempted!

57 MILES across Berkshire County in just THREE DAYS! From Williamstown to Sheffield, with one backpack, no returning home, and only what I can carry! 🥾

❤️ OUR GOAL: RAISE $10,000 IN 3 DAYS!

This hike is part of the Berkshire Dream Center’s Hope Through the Holidays campaign to raise $20,000 by December 31. We’re believing we can raise HALF of that goal in just THREE DAYS!

But this journey is about more than fundraising. It’s about STORIES OF HOPE ACROSS THE BERKSHIRES!

Along the way, I hope to highlight local businesses, churches, organizations, and everyday people bringing hope to our communities. Have a story of hope? I’d love to hear it and possibly connect along my route!

I’ll be going LIVE, sharing videos, stories, and fundraising updates throughout the journey!

❤️ WHY AM I DOING THIS?

The Berkshire Dream Center is facing a critical financial season. We urgently need to keep our doors open, our building warm, and our programs running for thousands of people throughout Berkshire County during this critical holiday season.

Because when the need is great, HOPE must be greater!

Will you take this journey with me? ❤️ Through your giving, you can walk alongside me and help turn every mile into moments of HOPE for families right here in the Berkshires!

LET’S KEEP HOPE MOVING TOGETHER! 🥾❤️
