MEAT & SEAFOOD SPECIALIZED TEAM MEMBER
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong knife skills and the ability to safely use meat and seafood processing equipment are essential.
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (approximately 50°F) and occasionally in freezer temperatures as low as -10°F.
- Ability to work independently and follow written procedures and operating instructions.
- Preferred: 1+ years of retail, meat, seafood, or food service experience.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, lift, reach, push, pull, and twist throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds, including overhead when necessary.
- Ability to adapt to changing temperatures, use fine motor skills, and work safely in a busy production environment.
- Ability to read labels, maintain accurate records, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
