Chaparral Elementary School Chaparral affords students a rich curriculum aligned to Arizona College and Career Ready Standards.

Chaparral Elementary School, in the Washington Elementary School District, serves more than 500 prekindergarten through sixth grade children in the neighborhood bordered by Cactus Avenue on the south and Thunderbird Avenue on the north, from 35th Avenue to 43rd Avenue. The school received a “A”
rating by the Arizona Department of Education for 2021-2022.
