🚨 FINAL CALL SAHUARO FAMILIES: TOMORROW IS COLLECTION DAY & WE NEED VOLUNTEERS! ⚡
Sahuaro Families, we have officially arrived at the final 24 hours of our Spark Quest Hero League fundraiser! Our students have worked incredibly hard, but now we need our parents and community to help us push across the finish line.
🗓️ CRITICAL DEADLINES & TIMELINES:
Final Hero Tasks Turn-In (TOMORROW morning, Tuesday, 9/29): Tomorrow morning is the absolute final time Hero League Headquarters in Room 304 will be open to collect completed Quest Cards and hand out reward charms. Please make sure your child brings their cards to school first thing in the morning!
Donation Window Closing: Our online donation gateway is closing down on 9/30. If you haven't shared your student's page or made a contribution, tonight is the final night to act!
🎨 🤝 PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED (WE NEED YOU!):
We cannot pull off this massive celebration without our amazing parent community! We are actively looking for volunteers for two critical shifts:
Glow Decoration Setup (TOMORROW, Tuesday, 9/29 after school): Come help us transform the campus and prep the blacklights, decorations, and stations for the big event!
Event Day Stations (ALL DAY Wednesday, 9/30): Help us run the Glow Tattoo stations, charm bracelet tracks, and celebration zones right during the school day to keep the event safe and fun for the kids!
If you are able to give an hour or stay for a full shift, please select a time slot that works for you in the band app!

💼 A Crucial Message Regarding Our School Budget:
Right now, our school is still a far way off from reaching our ultimate $20K fundraising goal to fund the Sahuaro PTA for the school year.
This is an urgent situation for our campus. Sahuaro keeps 100% of these proceeds, and this funding directly sustains our existing campus programs, including STEM enrichment, PBIS positive behavior initiatives, and essential teacher classroom grants. If we do not make a massive final push tonight, the PTA will be forced to make additional cuts to funding these vital programs that are already planned for our kids this school year.
Let's match our students' incredible dedication this month and give them the celebration they deserve. Please take two minutes right now to text your child's link to three family members, share it on your social media, or make a direct donation here:
