✅ If you’re in the 4th Councilmanic District in West & Northwest Philadelphia, your Election Office is at 5610 Lancaster Ave.
✅ If you’re in the 8th Councilmanic District in North Philadelphia, your Election Office is at 5301 Chew Ave.
⌚ Both offices are open today from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Today, Gov. Shapiro signed by bill into law! I’m so thankful to my and colleagues who gave this nearly unanimous approval through the process! I'm proud to work hard looking out for renters' wallets and rights while we fight to improve parking accessibility and the high costs of housing.

I’m proud to finally get my bill to the governor’s desk! This is looking out for renters who are already facing unbearably high housing costs and supporting homeowners in the surrounding community with parking availability. This will help people across the state keep a roof over their heads and not be forced out due to surprise costs.
