Are you ready? The prize for the summer reading challenge has officially dropped!

Most of you know the drill by now, but here’s how it works for the kids in the back:

Read and log 4 books from the categories on the reading challenge form. Each completed form is an entry for this summer’s prize: This lovely Book Club bag with everything you need in it to start your own book club!

Turn in your completed forms by Thursday, August 20, 2026. There’s plenty of time and plenty of books to read!

We love unboxing library prizes! How about a sneak peek at one of the prizes for this Fall’s Zippy Bingo Challenge?

We’re bringing back the popular Bingo challenge with a new twist: This Fall grab a bingo card, attend Library events or complete challenges, and earn prizes like this Loud in the Library t-shirt! Stay tuned for more prizes you could earn!

Well, we all like to walk at our own pace, but some people are listening to some really exciting audiobooks!

This Thursday, June 18, 2026, we have the Audio Aficionados Club at 2 pm! How it works is you get to go outside and enjoy nature (at whatever speed you'd like) while listening to audiobooks, music or podcasts! It's a great way to enjoy this lovely summer while also keeping up to date on your goals.

Happy halfway through June! We’re pleased to announce that the library has exciting events going on this week!

Game Night returns on Tuesday, June 16, 2026! Don’t forget: We start at earlier in the summer at 5 pm.

Who needs an excuse to get outside and enjoy the sunshine? We do!!! Join us on Thursday, June 18, 2026, for Audio Aficionados! This club has a little bit of everything for everyone! With exercise, sunshine, books, and music you’ll be sure to have a great time! We hope to see you there at 2 pm.

Guess who’s back? It’s us with some awesome summer events this week in the library!
Monday is Game Night at 5:00 pm (note that earlier start time!) On Tuesday we have Audio Aficionados! This new club meets at 2 at the library entrance, and word on the street is there will be popsicles!
