A interdisciplinary society of individuals who believe work and life gets better when they come alongside each other.

We provide month-to-month workspace and meeting room rentals. The Conduit society is a partnership with SunGate Capital. Headquartered at SunGate Studios (1001 North Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida) we regularly convene large and small groups around the areas of education, creative services and civic engagement. We also provide individuals and companies with a membership based collaborative work space. The Conduit society started in 2011 with free-skill based workshops and songwriters showcases. In 2015 we added a one-year collaborative workspace prototype in partnership with the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab (FHIL). During that period, the Conduit Society curated and housed 22 companies in a 6,000 square foot space on the campus of the Florida Hospital. These companies provide services and products in various industries, such as film, gaming, clothing and leather goods, food, events, branding, education and transportation social innovation, cause marketing, creative services, photography, and local news. Due to the success of the prototype, the CREDO team along with Kyle Christian Steele began looking for a way to scale its operations. The project caught the attention of Ed Haddock, Co-Chairman and CEO of Full Sail University and Founder of SunGate Capital, who was actively looking for ways to connect his entrepreneurial, creative and social impact DNA with local innovators. In January 2016 the joint venture between The Conduit Society and SunGate Capital was born.

Daniel has traveled through 48 states, with Hawaii and North Dakota still waiting on the list. That curiosity about people and places also shapes his passion for media literacy.

In a world filled with endless feeds and competing claims, he wants people to feel more confident separating trustworthy information from noise and engaging with the news more thoughtfully.

🎂 It’s birthday time for our October crew!

Thanks for bringing your ideas, energy, and unique selves into this community.
We hope you get a chance to celebrate big (or as quietly as you’d like 😆).

Some conversations begin with an agenda. Others begin over a scoop of ice cream.

Here, we make room for both. The planned meetings matter, but so do the small moments that give people a reason to pause, connect, and get to know the people working around them.

Sometimes community looks like a shared table. Sometimes it looks like an Ice Cream Day.

For years, Cherrah traveled the country setting up art shows on her own, driving thousands of miles, building booths, unloading supplies, and figuring things out as she went.

Then she found The Conduit. Now, when she hosts a workshop, people naturally step in to move tables, lend a hand, and celebrate alongside her.

Sometimes growth looks like realizing you no longer have to build everything alone.

This month, we’re spotlighting Women on the Rise International, founded by Conduit member Arlene Blake.

Their monthly gatherings bring women together for connection, shared learning, inspiration, and a closer look at the programs and resources supporting women across Central Florida.

On October 26, the conversation turns to Your Health Is Your Power: Advocating for Your Body & Your Future. In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the evening will explore prevention, screenings, healthcare options, and what it means to speak up for your needs with confidence and clarity.

The gathering also includes dinner, meaningful conversation, and time to connect with the Women on the Rise community.

Relationships come before memberships.

At The Conduit, joining starts with a conversation, not a contract. Every prospective member completes a short application and joins us for a Partner Chat: a chance to get to know one another, share what The Conduit is about, answer questions, and see whether it feels like the right fit.

It’s one of the ways we make sure the process feels human from the very beginning.

Curious if The Conduit could be a fit for you? Schedule a tour at credoconduit.com.

Before building brands, Chase built discipline as a professional water-skier.

Today, he brings that same attention to movement, angles, storytelling, and authenticity into his work with Full Scale Marketing. From skateboarding and snowboarding to tennis and golf, staying active continues to shape the way he thinks, creates, and helps businesses communicate who they really are.

Member Life Tips 💡 We asked our members to share habits that help them do their best work.

Manny Arredondo's answer? Make distractions harder to reach. He uses Brick, an NFC device that temporarily blocks distracting apps while he's working, creating a little more space for deep focus.

A good reminder to consider what small changes could make focus a little easier in your own day.

When Bernice moved to Orlando from San Diego, she was beginning again in a new city. What she found at The Conduit was more than a place to network. She found people willing to mentor, collaborate, make introductions, and help open new doors.

From a Haitian Creole children’s book to client partnerships and public-speaking goals, Bernice found a community willing to invest in her growth alongside her.

Featuring Bernice Vernet and part of the Conduit community since 2024.
