From New Zealand to Oklahoma, USA: A rocket-powered spaceplane could soon be flying to the edge of space! 🚀

New Zealand-based Dawn Aerospace is expanding its U.S. operations, with construction underway on a $7.5 million facility at Infinity One Oklahoma Spaceport.

The company's reusable Aurora spaceplane is designed to take off from a conventional runway, travel more than three times the speed of sound and reach an altitude of 62 miles.

With flights planned to begin in 2027, Oklahoma could soon play a role in the next chapter of commercial spaceflight.

Continuing the Work…
while Finishing Strong.

I’ve been in the office today addressing several issues facing our communities, including Workforce, Economic Development, Aerospace, and Co-Packing Facilities… just to name a few.

Serving House District 47 and the State of Oklahoma over the past eight years in the Oklahoma House of Representatives has been an honor.

I’ll continue working throughout October on behalf of the people of Mustang and House District 47, pursuing opportunities and helping build a stronger future for our State. At the same time, it’s time to begin packing up and making room for those who will be elected in November to serve in the 61st Legislature.

There’s more to do, more opportunities to pursue, and more work ahead for our Children, Families and Communities. I’m confident that our next Representative for HD47 will carry forward the work we’ve pursued together since 2018.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve you, your Families, and this exceptional State. Let’s Keep Moving Oklahoma Forward… Together.

Another exciting Economic Development coming to Canadian County!
Let’s Keep Moving Oklahoma Forward, Together!

I can now finally confirm that we are in very active conversations with Buc-ee’s about their first location in Oklahoma City (and the State of Oklahoma), which will be located at Interstate 40 and Cimarron Road in West OKC.

There will be new infrastructure necessary to facilitate this project, and that aspect of the project is made possible by a partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Relative to that work, the City Council today approved an agreement with ODOT and the development company associated with Buc-ee’s.

Though work lies ahead, we look forward to the opportunity to welcome Buc-ee’s to OKC!
