๐Ÿ’œ Thank you, Ruby Hill! ๐Ÿ’œ

We are so grateful to Ruby Hill for donating beautiful handmade afghans to our Welcome Baby Bag Program! Each one was lovingly made and will bring warmth and comfort to a new little one and their family. ๐Ÿฅฐ

We wish we had a photo to share with you, but these beautiful afghans found their new homes so quickly that we didnโ€™t get a chance to photograph them before they were given out! Weโ€™re just so happy they are already being enjoyed by local families. ๐Ÿ’•

Thank you, Ruby, for sharing your time, talent, and kindness with our Welcome Baby families! ๐Ÿงถโค๏ธ

๐Ÿ“šIn 1995, Dolly Parton started mailing books to children in her home county to inspire children to love reading in honor of her dad, who couldnโ€™t read or write.

That idea lives here too. Every month, around 500 children in our service area find a book in the mailbox โ€” because of neighbors who fund it, volunteers who run it, and a woman from Sevier County, TN who started it all.

Thank you, Dolly. We will always love you. โ™ฅ

"Dolly Parton's Imagination Library will continue. There are more children to reach. More books to send. More families to bring into this wonderful community Dolly created."

Bobbi Randall made these beautiful flannel receiving blankets and generously donated them to our Welcome Baby Bag Program! ๐Ÿ’›

Soft, cozy, and filled with fun prints, these blankets are sure to bring smiles to the moms and babies who receive them. We can just picture little ones all wrapped up and snuggled in these special blankets! ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿ’•

Bobbi has a special connection to the Welcome Baby Bag Programโ€”she was one of the original members of the committee when the program was revived 8 years ago!
