NUSAR working collaboratively with Ridgefield PD, Ridgefield FD, CERT Team, town lifeguards & race organizers at the Ridgefield Triathlon. We helped provide water safety support during the swim portion of the race. Four tired swimmers were brought back to shore by boat. At the end of the race, all three boats deployed helped retrieve the race buoys. All swimmers returned to shore safely & were accounted for before teams cleared the scene.
