👻🏚️ Haunted houses for sale…if you dare!

Our 6th grade ELA students put their writing skills to the test with a spooky challenge: use sensory language and persuasive techniques to sell a haunted house! ✍️

Students explored how word choice paints a picture for readers and creates a specific mood. Then, they watched their words come to life as Canva generated images based on their descriptions! 👀

We were so impressed by their creativity and the power of their words. Who knew persuasive writing could be so hauntingly good? 🎃🖤💛
