For the past several months, our gifted students, Carson and Lincoln, have been hard at work creating their very own bakery business from start to finish!
Throughout this project, they brainstormed a business plan, developed a mission statement, created a budget, designed a recipe, produced a marketing flyer, set pricing, calculated profits, and even baked their products in the school cafeteria with Ms. Julie’s help.
To cap off their experience, they presented their creations to their peers during a formal taste-testing event. This project challenged them to think like entrepreneurs while applying creativity, math, communication, and problem-solving skills every step of the way.
