We’re incredibly grateful to the Collaborative Autism Movement for donating two sensory bags to the Wm. Walker Hose Co. These bags will now be carried on our ambulances to help better support individuals on the autism spectrum during emergency responses.
Each bag is equipped with sensory tools and resources that can help provide comfort, reduce stress, and create a more positive experience during what can often be an overwhelming situation. Having these items available allows our crews to better meet the needs of those we serve and provide more compassionate, inclusive care.
Thank you to the Collaborative Autism Movement for your generosity and for helping us continue to make our community a more understanding and supportive place for everyone. Your donation will truly make a difference.
