Ari arrived at Vine Maple Place exhausted, overwhelmed, and carrying the weight of uncertainty while caring for her newborn.

After being forced out of a hotel she could no longer afford, police officers connected her with Vine Maple Place, and for the first time in a long time, she and her baby had a safe place to sleep that very night.

But healing took time.

Fear and anxiety made it difficult to trust others or even take the first steps forward. Slowly, with support from counselors, staff, and other moms, Ari began rebuilding stability for herself and her child.

Today, she is working full-time, managing her anxiety, and creating a hopeful future for her family.

Help us stock up for summer fun at Vine Maple Place ☀️ This summer, kids in our program will spend time creating, playing, learning, and simply getting to be kids again. But we need your help filling our craft shelves before summer activities begin!

We’re collecting items like:

🖍️ Markers & crayons
✂️ Construction paper
🧩 Activity kits
🫧 Outdoor games & bubbles

Thank you Rodda Miller for helping refresh our Family Hope Center!

A fresh coat of paint can do more than brighten a room. It can help a family feel safe, welcomed, and hopeful again.

Because of your support, homeless moms and children will walk into beautiful spaces that feel safe, cared for, and full of hope as they rebuild stability and move toward a brighter future.

Shayna and her young son had nowhere to call home. They were living in their car— cold, afraid, and unsure of what would come next.

When Shayna came to Vine Maple Place, you made sure they had a safe place to land. Instead of another night in a parking lot, they had a warm bed, a meal, and people who cared.

With support for housing, counseling, and a fresh start, Shayna began to rebuild. Step by step, she moved forward with hope.

Today, Shayna has a place of her own. She’s working toward a career and creating a stable, loving home for her son.

Because of you, this family is no longer facing homelessness, they have a future.
