Are you ready to read this summer? Join us for a slate of ROAR-some programs all month long! Be sure to sign up for the summer reading challenge on beanstack and log your minutes to exchange for prizes!

Some of our amazing programming will be held outside the Manvel Library this year, so be sure to check the calendar and check social media for reminders!

Our first summer program is coming up on Tuesday! We'll be starting summer off with Playing With Lightning, a fun STEM program that gets you up close with electricity using batteries and tesla coils. Playing with Lightning will take place in the Manvel Library meeting room on Tuesday, June 2nd at 2 PM.

This program is designed for children ages 6 - 11 years old and limited to 50 participants. This program will be LOUD and may be upsetting to some children. Families may be limited to one parent participating.

Get a head start on summer reading while supporting your local library! The Manvel Library will be hosting a $5 fill a bag sale THIS WEEK ONLY (May 26th - 30th)! Fill a white BCLS bag as full as you can for only $5 a bag! We have a large selection of books for children as well as adults. We also have DVDs, video games, board games, and puzzles. All proceeds support the Manvel Community Library Association.
