Join Joan Tarrant for a 45-minute chair yoga. You will need to bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks (available at “Five and Below”), tissues, water and comfortable clothes. This is a great opportunity to stretch, breathe, move, and relax together doing gentle yoga poses while seated or standing with a chair.

Gardening is a chance to slow down, get outside, dig into something hands-on, and enjoy the simple joy of watching something grow. It’s relaxing for adults, exciting for kids (this featured cilantro is being grown by a young Mahwah toddler), and a wonderful way to spend time together this season.
