Although our “new employee” here makes their debut this Wednesday at our Summer Kickoff Party, we just couldn’t wait to introduce them to the staff. Looks like a warm welcome!

Our children's room has been transformed into a prehistoric playground - vines, volcanoes, velociraptors, oh my! Pop by with your kiddo and prepare to take a trip back in time ⏪ 🕰️

This is YOUR 🫵 reminder that for kids, teens and adults all start next Monday, June 22nd. So mark your calendars and start counting down to a cretaceous celebration all summer long.

AND, don't forget that our Summer Kickoff Party is next Wednesday the 24th at 2pm - amidst the balloon artists, live DJ and FREE Rita's Ices, it's also the perfect time to sign everyone up for summer reading.

The BCCLS Scavenger Hunt starts today, and is an easy way to explore more libraries and add a little to your family’s summer.

Here’s how to join:

• Visit at least 3 libraries
• Find the hidden BCCLS logo
• Collect stamps on your form
• Enter for a chance to win a $50 gift card
• 1 prize for an adult and 1 prize for a child
