5 Minutes Tops presented by Waverly Educational Foundation was inspiring to see. Enrollment is completed online and will be open all summer—no need to rush! Stop by Round-Up if you’d like help getting started.

🎮🏆 Waverly High School Esports is headed to the SEMI FINALS!

This Saturday, April 25th, our Warriors will compete in the MHSEL Spring 2026 Esports State Finals at Oakland University. Our students have worked incredibly hard to earn their spot, and we’re proud to see them represent Waverly on the big stage!

Last night’s Board of Education meeting gave us a great opportunity to celebrate some outstanding accomplishments across our district.

We recognized our state qualifying wrestlers for their hard work, dedication, and for representing Waverly at the highest level.

We also honored Derek Thomas for earning All-State honors in basketball - an incredible achievement that reflects both talent and commitment.

We’re especially proud to celebrate Kysha Crenshaw, who was recently named one of the National Outstanding Assistant Principals for 2026. This national recognition highlights her leadership, dedication to students, and the positive impact she makes every day at Winans Elementary.

Congratulations to all - we are proud of the example you set for our students and community!
