Three Offers. ONE Dream home. And a whole lot of persistence ❤️

I am SO excited for my first-time home buyer who just got their offer accepted on an amazing home!

The first two offers didn’t work out, but they kept going, stayed patient, and trusted me and the process and on offer #3… WE GOT IT! 🙌🏾

It is so special to help a first-time buyer navigate this process, especially when it takes a few tries to find the right home. Buying your first home doesn’t always happen on the first offer, and that is okay. Sometimes it takes more searching, or planning, or strategy until the right one comes along.

9 Years

Today marks my 9 year anniversary with RealtyONEGroup Unlimited

Reflecting on 9 years - God’s hand was in it the whole time!
When I accepted the receptionist position at Realty ONE Group Unlimited I knew nothing about real estate, I just knew I was good at customer service.

But now…. Now I have multiple roles in a company I care about and am a licensed real estate agent. Which is something I talked my self out of, soo many times. 9 years ago I didn’t know I was really stepping into a career where I would get to grow and learn so much everyday. Looking back at these pictures I am overwhelmed with gratitude. Okay wait here come the water works 🥲
I am grateful to the ROG Family who have become a second family to me. Each day I get to work in a beautiful building, in a city I LOVE, help and serve agents and clients, and grow personally and professionally. What a blessing this place has been to me and my journey.

•After 2months of working here I got the ONE award and was on the billboard for the first time

•My first professional headshot

•Thayne and I at our first ROGU holiday party

•One of the positions I held was Art curator - we had an Art gallery in our lobby but then Covid. It was so fun, I loved meeting the artist and helping them set up their amazing artwork.

•Bringing the boys to work with me every once is a whole has always been great.

•Training the agents on all of our platforms

•One of the perks of being an agent at ROGU is FREE billboard advertising. This is just a full circle thing for me. They definitely don’t have to put me up there since I am also a staff member but they do it anyway!

•So ready to keep growing and learning in this industry

March was the month my mind and body needed more than I knew! It was a slow month full of intentional family time, an amazing trip with , and making it to some bucket list places around the city.

Hi! I’m Rachel 👋🏽
I’ve had quite a few new faces join me on here lately, so I thought it was time for a proper introduction.
I was born and raised in Lancaster, PA. I truly wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home. I’m a wife and mama to two sweet boys who keep life full, busy, and beautiful.
Real estate is my 9-5 and my 24/7. I work as an Office Administrator for , and I also get to help my amazing clients buy and sell homes as a Real Estate Agent. Which is something I truly love.
I also wear another hat as a Lead Planner & Wedding Assistant with , helping couples celebrate one of the biggest days of their lives.

Yes… I really do have two DREAM jobs ✨

It’s such an honor to walk alongside people during some of life’s biggest moments. It is something I do not take lightly or for granted!

Somethings I don’t want to forget about 2025:

The faith that carried us, the love in our home, the family memories that filled my heart, Ryder losing his first two teeth (with a third not far behind 🥹), three unforgettable trips together, the boys first concert, the laughter, the chaos, and the blessings big & small.

And the business growth I’m proud of too… finally getting my real estate license!
Sold my first listing, helped 50+ transactions get to the closing table, and got to be a small part of 10+ weddings/events. What a year. Grateful for every part of it and so ready for what’s ahead. 🥰
