What an amazing Career Day! A huge thank you to all of our presenters, including the Fire/Police Department, an iron worker, waste management professionals, a train engineer, an author, a police commissioner, an ice cream shop owner, an esports coach, a salon owner, and everyone in between who shared their time, knowledge, and even gifts with our students. We even had a fire helicopter fly overhead! Thank you for inspiring our kids and showing them the many exciting career paths available to them!

Hello Mustang Parents and Guardians,

Beginning Wednesday, May 27, we will begin collecting all school-issued Chromebooks, chargers/power cords, and hotspots from students.

Please make sure all devices are returned by Friday, June 5. After that date, any unreturned devices will be remotely disabled and locked with a message directing them to be returned to the Lancaster School District.

Even if a Chromebook or hotspot is broken, damaged, or not working properly, we still need it returned. Every device is important as we prepare for next school year.

Devices may be returned to any school site or to the District Office, although we would greatly appreciate items being returned directly to Monte Vista whenever possible. To help make the process easier, students may also turn in their own Chromebooks, chargers, and hotspots.

This collection process will help us prepare for new devices, improved tracking systems, and updated procedures for next year’s implementation.

Thank you so much for your continued support, cooperation, and partnership. We truly appreciate your help in making this process go smoothly for everyone!

💦 Splash into Summer: Water Fun & Field Day! ☀️

Hey Mustang Families! 🐴

Are you ready to end the school year with a splash? We are ending the year with our favorite tradition: Water Fun & Field Day! It’s going to be a day full of sun, smiles, and plenty of water.

📅 The Details:
When: Thursday, June 4th

Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Last Day of School: Reminder that this is a minimum day! School’s out at 12:05 PM.

🙋‍♀️ We Need You! (Must be okay getting wet!)
Events like this can’t happen without our amazing volunteers. We are looking for help to run stations and keep the water flowing.

Fair Warning: There is a 100% chance of getting wet! 🌊
