🎉 Join us in congratulating Jacey and Harlee on successfully completing their training program and officially being released on their own! 🎉

Over the past several months, Jacey and Harlee have trained across all three shifts, working hard to learn the many skills and responsibilities that come with being a 911 dispatcher. From learning officers and badge numbers to mastering geography, dispatch systems, procedures, radio operations, and so much more, they have put in countless hours to reach this milestone.

Becoming a 911 dispatcher takes dedication, patience, confidence, and the ability to perform under pressure. Jacey and Harlee have demonstrated those qualities throughout their training and have shown the high standards we expect from our communications officers.

We are incredibly proud of both of these ladies and are excited to welcome them to our dispatching family!

Congratulations, Jacey and Harlee! You earned it!
