Miss Melyssa here! Yesterday I started working with The Autism Society and doing art classes with them. To say I was excited was an understatement. I did a clay snail project with them and read them a book about a snail that visits the library, and of course like with all my classes we ended with a dance party. They did such an amazing job and left me with a heart so full I thought it would burst. I cannot wait for all of my future classes with them.

Miss Melyssa here! The 8-12 year old art class had their art show Wednesday. They created such beautiful work this session. I am so proud of them. If you have a child that loves art, I will be running classes all summer. The classes are free and I offer them to children ages 5-12. Please check the website for registration dates. I would love to see them!

Wednesday my 8-12 year olds did “3 Scoops of Artists” and made an ice cream cone with each scoop representing a style of a different artist. I love how these came out. Ms Melyssa
