Scituate Reservoir Watershed Education Program Protecting the water quality of the Scituate Reservoir

Through outreach and education of students, residents, businesses, municipalities and the general public we teach people how their actions can impact water quality. Faulty septic systems, over use of pesticides and fetilizers, improper management of agricultural and pet wastes, automobile fluid leaks and improper disposal, and improper disposal and use of household chemical can impact water quality.

One billboard is at the intersection of Route 6 and Danielson Pike, right by the Scituate Village Shopping Center and the other is in Providence at the exchange between Westminster Street and Route 6.
