Pathway to Recovery Multi-tiered Substance-Free Supportive Housing programs for residents in recovery. Support is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Our original program, Pathway-I is a 21-bed supportive housing program and serves as the pointy of entry for participants arriving from the streets and shelters. Services include mental health and addiction support, individual and group therapy, case management, goal planning, employment referral assistance, daily living skills, relapse prevention, aftercare, and housing placement. Trained staff and former program graduates serving as “peer support specialists” give participants the skills and support required to live a healthy independent life. Pathway-I operates at maximum capacity with a waiting list for admission. In November of 2009, Pathway acquired a sixth facility to create 20 new units of affordable permanent housing for formerly homeless individuals and families. The project is in the initial stages of development and we are working to secure funds needed to rehabilitate the property. We hope to complete the renovation during 2010 and begin occupancy the latter part of 2011. This will increase Pathway' capacity to almost 100 homeless individuals and families.

Our hearts are heavy as we share the passing of Damon, who has been part of the Pathway family for many years.

Damon lived a story of commitment, overcoming, and helping others. From homelessness to becoming an example of recovery for over 15 years, he sponsored some, mentored many, and set an example for all. Damon achieved what most of us only hope for.

Our hearts are with his family, his friends, and the many people whose lives he touched.

Rest easy, Damon. Love you brother

Today our very own Jayson Medley celebrates 5 years of recovery!

Five years is a big deal. A 2020 paper in the Journal of Addiction Medicine reports that after about five years of continuous remission, the risk of experiencing substance use disorder symptoms again in the following year drops below 15%.

Behind that number are daily choices, hard work, and showing up when life gets difficult.

Jayson, we’re proud of you and grateful for how you give back at Pathway. You help others see what’s possible. Happy 5 years!

Congratulations to Day Day and Danny on earning their ServSafe certifications!

Building a better life doesn't happen overnight. It happens by setting goals, putting in the work, learning new skills, creating opportunities for yourself, and not giving up when life throws curveballs at you.

Every accomplishment is another step toward the future they're working to build.

Proud of these two for continuing to invest in themselves and their futures. Keep moving forward, gentlemen!
