Due to the threat of inclement weather, Hoover City Schools will dismiss students two hours early today, Wednesday, May 6. All buses will run their normal routes two hours early. All extracurricular activities and after-school programs are also canceled for today.

The safety of our students and staff remains our top priority. Please plan accordingly for student pickup and transportation changes. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Today we’re celebrating CNP Appreciation Day!

A huge thank you to our incredible cafeteria team for the heart you pour into our school each and every day. From serving hot meals to greeting everyone with a smile, you help keep our students and staff fueled, cared for, and ready to learn.

This morning, our Peer Helpers showed their gratitude by cooking a special breakfast just for the CNP staff, a special way to give back to those who give so much!

STEM makes learning fun!

Our STEM Team worked in groups of 2 to 4 students to tackle challenging math problems, apply real-world math to community planning, and even build bridges using only paper clips, paper, and tape.

Through teamwork, creativity, and a little friendly competition, students strengthened both their problem-solving skills and their confidence.
We’re hoping for top state rankings for the 7th time to help propel our team to national competition and rankings!
