🚀 Mrs. Davis and Mrs. Sockwell just got back from Space Camp, and what an adventure it was!
They had an amazing time learning, exploring, and challenging themselves through hands-on STEM activities. This professional development experience gave them so many new ideas and resources they can’t wait to bring back to our students and teachers.
During their week at Space Camp, they:
🧑🚀 Met an astronaut
🚀 Flew two simulated space missions
🥚 Completed an egg-drop rover landing challenge
🛡️ Built a heat shield to protect their “egg-stronaut”
🌙 Walked on the Moon and Mars
🚁 Zip-lined out of a helicopter simulator
🔧 Built and launched their own rockets
⭐ And so much more!
