UPDATE: The lights are now fixed and working properly.

The traffic lights at the intersection of Shell Road and Williams Drive are currently flashing red. Please treat this intersection as a four-way stop. Allow yourself extra time if you need to cross this intersection this morning. The Streets Department is waiting for a contractor to carry out the necessary repairs, and the estimated time of arrival is currently unknown.
