We equip adults with disabilities to be independent and connect them with opportunities to serve.

Able to Serve sets a new standard for equipping people who have developmental disabilities to learn, grow, lead, and serve. Through real-world learning experiences, we facilitate and coordinate connections between our participants, families, and community that encourage our participants to aim high at

Our holistic approach to learning while living a fulfilling life includes

Serving others and making a difference around the world! 🌎❤️

This week, a group of Able to Serve participants had the opportunity to serve with Rise Against Hunger! From organizing warehouse supplies and cleaning dishes to packing meals, our participants were hard at work helping make a difference!

Together, we packed 2 full boxes of meals—approximately 500 servings of food! These meals will be sent overseas, helping provide two children with access to food for an entire year!

We are so grateful to the Rise Against Hunger team for welcoming us back and giving our participants another opportunity to use their gifts and abilities to serve others.

What a blessing to be part of a community that works together to make a difference, both locally and around the world! 💙

October is National ADHD Awareness Month 🧡

ADHD can affect how individuals learn, communicate, organize, and navigate everyday life. This month, we’re raising awareness, celebrating the unique strengths of individuals with ADHD, and encouraging understanding and support for the different ways people learn and grow.

At Able to Serve, we believe every individual has gifts to share with the world. Let’s continue creating opportunities for everyone to discover their strengths, develop their abilities, and shine in their own way! 💙

Celebrating Jacob’s 5 years at Able to Serve! 🎉

Join us in celebrating Jacob’s 5-year work anniversary with ATS! As our Director of Programs and Marketing, Jacob brings a deep passion for our participants, an incredible attention to detail, and a dedication to making sure everything runs smoothly.

We are so grateful for all the hard work, care, and commitment he brings to ATS. He plays such an important role in our organization, and we couldn’t do what we do without him!

We would like to give a big thank you to Meredith, owner of Molly Maid Cleaning Services, for visiting ATS this past week!

Meredith shared about her career and what it looks like to own and operate a cleaning business. Our participants had the opportunity to ask questions, learn more about the responsibilities of running a company, and explore what a career in the cleaning industry can offer.

We are so grateful for community partners who take the time to share their knowledge and introduce our participants to different career paths and opportunities!
