Hello! Here are a couple of ways you can get involved to help us pull off a wonderful staff appreciation week in May for our amazing South Side staff!

Please join the South Side PTSA as we “Thanks a Latte!” our Archer staff members!
Join in on the fun of Staff Appreciation Week 2026! You can sponsor one cup of coffee
or many! Donations are $5/coffee. Travelin’ Tom’s Coffee Truck will be on campus for
staff members to enjoy. Last day to donate: Wednesday, May 6.

South Side families! A message from Principal Harl:

We are reaching out to get your support for our Veteran's Memorial Plaza Project here at South Side High School. This project design has been the collective effort of alumni, staff, students, and community partners. Please help us make this a reality and a place where our veterans can be appreciated, supported and remembered. Our community partners are ready to begin as soon as we raise the necessary funds. Donations can be made directly to South Side High School with memo Veterans Memorial Project or by using the QR code on the attached flyer. We thank you in advance for your support.

Another fun day for the PTSA celebrating our South Staff by showing them a little love with our staff appreciation cart!!

South Side Family, we have another awesome opportunity this year to host 4 students and 1 adult chaperones from our sister city Takaoka, Japan. The group will be here beginning on March 10th and depart March 19th. We are looking for five host families/teachers. If you are interested in being a host read the info provided in the link below. This year, the exchange program will be providing some financial assistance for food, activities, etc.

We hope you will consider joining us as a host family. All applications can be turned into either Mr. Harl or Ms. Sheppard at South Side.

This week South Side’s amazing dancers take the stage and you will be blown away by these students!!! Please join us Thursday evening December 11th in the SS auditorium at 7pm.

The flyer below is to pre purchase a flower bouquet for a dancer. Have a son/daughter dancing, family member, neighbor, or just friend?? This is a fun way to celebrate them, as they will receive their flowers after the show!
