🏃 Presidential Fitness Test Week
Next week, Parker Elementary students in Kindergarten through 6th grade will participate in the Presidential Fitness Test during PE classes!
This assessment gives students an opportunity to measure their aerobic fitness, upper body strength, and core strength while encouraging them to set personal goals and celebrate growth.
✅ Sit-Ups (1 minute)
✅ Right Angle Push-Ups (1 minute)
✅ 20-Meter Beep Test
The focus is on effort, growth, and personal achievement. Results do not impact grades, and students are encouraged to simply do their best.
Families can help by ensuring students get plenty of rest and stay hydrated throughout the week.

At Parker, we are Rooted in Relationships and Rising in Partnerships, and we know that when families and schools work together, students thrive. We invite parents, grandparents, and family members to get involved in supporting our students and school community.
There are many ways to volunteer throughout the year, including reading with students, supporting classrooms, assisting in the library, helping with special events, serving as a field trip chaperone, supporting the front office, and volunteering at activities such as Fall Fest, Book Fair, Field Day, and more!
