Just after 3AM this morning, the FY2027 State Budget came to the Senate floor for a vote. I voted NO.

Illinois families are being asked to do more with less every day. They deserve a state government that lives within its means, not the largest budget in state history.

I'll continue advocating for fiscal responsibility and putting taxpayers first.
