The Veterans’ Assistance Commission (VAC) of Madison County, IL provides needed services to Military Veterans and their families who reside in Madison County, IL. The VAC works closely with Veterans’ Service Organizations (VSOs) as well as Local, State, and Federal agencies to ensure the rights to which each Veteran and their families are entitled and granted. The VAC also works to educate, promot

e and preserve the rich heritage and history Veterans served to protect. Services include: Interim and/or Emergency Veterans' Financial Assistance, Administrative Case Work and Outreach. The VAC provides services for approximately 21,500 Madison County, IL Veterans.
