Red Ribbon Week came to a spook-tacular finish at Heartland! 🎃👻
Our teachers and students brought their costume A-game! We loved seeing our Thunderhawks join in on the fun while celebrating a week of making healthy, safe, and drug-free choices. ❤️

Our Superhawks brought all the fall fun today as they hosted their annual pumpkin patch festival! 🎃🍁💚

Huge shoutout to our 7th and 8th grade Thunderhawk football teams on a great season! Last night they wrapped up their season playing the Summit Eagles. This is always a fun game to watch as one day these athletes will share the field as teammates.

They played hard, competed with heart, and showed tremendous growth from start to finish! It has been so much fun watching their hard work, determination, and teamwork on the field each week.

We are incredibly proud of our players and coaches for their dedication and commitment throughout the season!

Way to represent Heartland, Thunderhawks! 💚 🏈👏

It was a day of book talk and creativity in Mrs. Britton’s 6th grade literacy class! 📚 During their Book Buyer, Book Seller activity, students pitched their favorite novels to potential “buyers” and exchanged tokens as memorable keepsakes of the books they shared. 🎟️ What a fun and creative way to discover new reads, share a love of books, and inspire a little extra reading! 💚💛

Our 6th Grade Choir members got to participate in yesterday’s EPS 6th Grade Festival! They learned from 3 of our district high school directors in rehearsal and put on a show along with one choir from each of our high schools last night!

Way to go, Thunderhawks!! 💚🎶

Last week, our TSA chapter officers attended officer training at the TSA LEAD Conference! 🎉 All six officers earned the Statesman Award for demonstrating their knowledge of TSA’s principles, leadership, and chapter planning. They also took 2nd place in Data Science and Analytics! 🏆

Way to go, Owen, Stuthi, Isabella, Jayden, Koen, and Feynman! We’re proud of your hard work and accomplishments! 💚💛
