For Release: September 4th, 2026,
On September 2, 2026, following a lengthy investigation, the Eden Police Department executed a narcotics related search warrant at 928 Harris Street.
As a result of the search warrants, Eden Police Department Narcotics Detectives secured warrants on 59-year-old Curtis Eugene Terry for the following:
• Possession of a Fi***rm by Felon (Felony)
• Possession of Sch I (Felony)
• Possession of Co***ne (Felony)
• PWISD Co***ne (Felony)
• Expose a Child Control Substance x2 (Felony)
• Sell/Deliver 1,000ft of a Park (Felony)
• Maintain Vehicle/Dwelling CS (Felony)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misd)
Additionally, Eden Police Department Narcotics Detectives secured warrants for 32-year-old Darrell Antwon Wilson for the following:
• Expose a Child Control Substance x2 (Felony)
• Child Abuse x2 (Misd)
• Possession of Ma*****na (Misd)
• Possession of Ma*****na Paraphernalia (Misd)
Curtis Terry is being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in Rockingham County District Court on September 10, 2026.
Darrell Wilson received a $60,000 secure bond and is also scheduled to appear in Rockingham County District Court on September 10, 2026.
