HAPPY LIBRARY CARD SIGN-UP MONTH!!

In case you hadn't heard, a Spaulding Memorial Library card has become even MORE POWERFUL this year.

With your SML card you've been able to:
-Check out books, DVDs, CDs, magazines, puzzles
-Access audiobooks and e-books from CloudLibrary right from home
-Get discounts to the Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine
-Get FREE access to some Maine State Parks on specific days

NOW with your ONE library card, you can access items at all of the other Chickadee Consortium libraries:
Bridgton Public Library
Casco Public Library
Harrison Village Library
Naples Public Library
Raymond Village Library

Signing up for a card is free for both Sebago residents and non-residents. Maybe you're coming down to the Sebago Community Market today...pop on over next door and take a few seconds to get your very own library card!

There’s a new book on our StoryWalk trail next to Sebago Elementary School, and it’s ready to be explored! 🌳

🎒 With school back in session, it’s the perfect little stop after dropping the kids off, while you’re waiting for pickup, or anytime you happen to be nearby. And if you’re headed to the Sebago Community Market, why not take a stroll through the StoryWalk before or after you shop? 🍪

The trail is a beautiful little spot to slow down, get some fresh air, and enjoy a story together. 🐦

School starts August 27 for Sebago Elementary and it may have already started for lots of home schooled kids in the area. To celebrate that fact and one of our Storytime attendees starting school for the first time this fall, we are reading stories about school today!! We hope to see you at 1pm for stories, songs, rhymes and activities.

FROM ALL OF US AT SPAULDING MEMORIAL LIBRARY: THANK YOU!

Rock O-At-Ka was an absolute blast, and we have so many people to thank!

Thank you to Bold Riley, 3 Day Funk, and special guest Jim Austin for the incredible music; Sylvia's Mobile Bar & Catering LLC for the delicious food and drinks; Camp O-At-Ka for welcoming us and partnering with us; and, of course, our wonderful volunteers who gave their time to make the evening possible.

And to everyone who came out.. thank you! Thank you for dancing, laughing, enjoying the music, and supporting the library. Your enthusiasm and generosity mean more to us than we can say.

We’re incredibly grateful for this community and so happy we got to spend such a fun night together.
