Bexar County Economic and Community Development will be at GRASP on 11/05/2026 to process applications for CPS Energy utility assistance.

A few things to keep in mind before registering for an appointment:

1) Applicant must reside outside the city limits of San Antonio in Bexar County (If unsure, use the eligibility checker once you click on the link)

2) This is for NEW 2026 applicants. If you have already submitted an application or already received assistance this year; you are not eligible to apply again

3) Applicant income will need to fall within the guidelines as stated on the flyer

4) Applicant must HAVE an appointment, no walk-ins will be taken

5) Be sure to have all your documents with you at the time of your appointment to prevent any delays
