❤️ A Full House for a Great Cause! ❤️

We had a full crowd at this morning’s First Capital Rotary meeting as we celebrated our grant recipients and presented checks to organizations making a difference in our community! 🎉

One of the most rewarding parts of Rotary is seeing the impact of giving back and supporting the incredible work happening right here in Ross County. We’re proud to invest in the people and organizations working to make our community a better place for everyone. 🤝

A big thank-you to everyone who joined us this morning and to our members who make this generosity possible!

Service Above Self! 💙💛

🚨🧦 LAST CALL FOR SOCKTOBER! 🧦🚨

October is coming to an end, but there’s still time to help First Capital Rotary make a difference in our community! ❤️

We are collecting new socks, underwear, hats, gloves, scarves, and hygiene items to help our neighbors stay warm and cared for as we head into the colder months.

If you’ve been meaning to donate, now is the time! Even one package of socks or a small hygiene item can help.

We are incredibly grateful for every person, family, business, and organization that has supported Socktober. Community is what makes efforts like this possible. 💙

🧦 Help us finish October strong! 🧦

🧦❤️ WE’RE HALFWAY THROUGH SOCKTOBER! ❤️🧦

A huge thank you to everyone who has already supported First Capital Rotary’s Socktober drive! Your generosity is helping us collect items that will make a real difference for people in our community.

We’re still collecting NEW:
🧦 Socks
🩲 Underwear
🧤 Gloves
🧣 Scarves
🧢 Hats
🧴 Hygiene items

There’s still plenty of time to help! If you’re out shopping this month, consider picking up an extra package of socks or another needed item and donating it to Socktober.

It may seem like a small gift, but to someone who needs it, it can mean so much. 💙

Thank you, Ross County, for always showing up for your community!

We had a wonderful meeting filled with fellowship, learning, and some exciting new connections!

A big thank you to our guest speakers, Keanon and Julia Montgomery of Ignite Runners Collective, for joining us and sharing more about the work they’re doing in our community. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We were also excited to welcome Neysea Dixon from Kappa Delta Phi National Education Honor Society at OUC as a visitor!

And a very special WELCOME TO FIRST CAPITAL ROTARY to our newest member, Jimmy (James) Hughes! 🎉 We’re thrilled to have you officially join us and look forward to all the ways you’ll contribute to our club and community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us this morning—these are the mornings that remind us why Service Above Self matters. 💙💛

Congratulations to these lucky guys who walked away with the 50/50 winnings at this morning’s Rotary meeting! 💰👏

Looks like someone’s morning is off to a very good start! 😄🍀

We had such an exciting morning together, filled with fellowship, laughter, and great conversation! A huge thank you to Myranda McBee for leading fellowship this morning and for treating us to a delicious fall breakfast spread. 🧡☕️🍎

Myranda even put us to the test with a little quiz on our local park districts — a fun way to learn more about our community while seeing just how much (or how little 😉) we know!

There’s nothing quite like starting the day surrounded by good people, good food, and an opportunity to learn something new. We’re grateful for mornings like these and for the friendships that make our Rotary family so special! 🍁💙
