Our Law and Public Safety seniors put their skills into action today, practicing traffic stops and proper procedures through realistic mock scenarios. Each stop helped students strengthen their communication, observation and decision-making skills while learning to remain calm under pressure.

Lucy was one of several Cavs Media students who helped operate cameras for instant replay during last Friday’s football game! 📹👏 From photography 📸 and videography 🎥 to journalism 📝, podcasting 🎙️, broadcasting 🎧, publishing, and digital artistry 🎨, Cavs Media students get hands-on experience across a wide range of digital media skills!

Cavs Media is a satellite program of Pickaway-Ross Career & Technology Center, housed right here at Chillicothe High School! 🏫💙

Future-Ready Friday: Home School Pride Edition 🏈⚽🏐⛳🎺

One of our favorite photos of the year is back!

These students spend their school days at Pickaway-Ross preparing for future careers, but after the bell rings, many head right back to their home schools to compete, perform, and represent the communities they call home.

Balancing career-tech training, academics, practices, games, and everything in between takes commitment, and we love seeing our students stay connected to their home schools while building their futures at PRCTC.

And if this group looks a little smaller than expected, there’s a good reason. Many of our senior athletes are already out on job placement, gaining real-world experience while still finding time to be great teammates and represent their home schools.

Different schools. Different sports. Different career paths. One very future-ready group of students.
