Ms Rice and our GEP team at Merry Oaks International Academy has been working hard to create a welcoming, engaging, and inspiring space for our students as we prepare to welcome them on September 8th! 🥳📖

From the learning materials and educational games to the cozy spaces designed to spark creativity and connection, every detail has been thoughtfully prepared with our students and families in mind. 💫

At GEP, we believe that quality matters, every experience matters, and every child matters. ❤️ We are committed to creating an afterschool experience where students feel safe, supported, challenged, celebrated, and excited to learn each day. 🎒💛 A heartfelt THANK YOU to Galilee Ministries of East Charlotte! 💛🎒

Because of the incredible generosity of so many, our students are heading into the new school year with backpacks and supplies to help them feel prepared, confident, and ready to learn!

We are especially grateful to St. Martin’s, St. Peter’s, Christ Church, Holy Comforter, St. Michael and All Angels, and St. Alban’s, along with countless other friends of Galilee, for contributing to this wonderful collection of donations. 🧡🤍

A very special shoutout to Flo and Connie Sessoms and their family, along with the members of St. Michael and All Angels, for taking the time to assemble these donations.
