This Wednesday, join us for Title 1 Family Night!

Learn more about our school’s Title 1 programming and visit with your scholar’s teachers to hear more about what’s going on in the classroom and your child’s progress so far this year.

I’m addition, Wednesday is a Early Release Day. We will dismiss at noon. If your scholar has a change in transportation for Wednesday due to the early dismissal, please notify their homeroom teacher as soon as possible so we can have updated dismissal rosters.

Families,

We are excited to celebrate a week of learning and fun for the entire family with the CMS Title I Academic and Opportunity Fair! We will kick things off with daily virtual academic sessions from Monday, March 14 - March 17 in the areas of math, science, and literacy. Families may register for the sessions using the link bit.ly/GearUpWorkshops. The sessions are free!

Wrapping up the week, we will have a community wide resource fair at Garinger High School on Saturday, March 19 from 10 am - 2 pm. There will be free food, educational resources, college and career exploration, entertainment, and an opportunity to connect with community organizations and CMS services.

Congratulations to our very own Mrs. Lalli!! She has been selected as one of the North Carolina State level finalists for the 2022 Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching. Mrs. Lalli continues to be a huge asset to our school and we wish her the best of luck in this final round!
