Wondering about the future of home prices? Here's the scoop: Experts forecast a steady rise in home prices until at least 2028. If you're thinking of buying, now is the time. Yes, the interest rates may be a little higher than you'd like but they will drop, and when they do, home prices will rise. Buy now and refinance later. That means buying now sets you up to gain equity as values climb. And just so you know, the rates were 11-12% when I bought my first home in 1983!
